About Analytica Iranica
Analytica Iranica is a scientific and independant journal, dedicated to Iranian Studies. It was founded in 2008 by Mahmoud Delfani (PhD in history) historian and political scientist. This journal aims to collect articles and research works of iranologists around the world.
Analytica Iranica is a magazine serving the new generation of researchers working in different fields of Iranian studies.

A great part of this review is dedicated to young researchers. Analytica Iranica is an annual journal about Iranian studies and is published in French, English and Persian. Analytica Iranica is an academic journal devoted to studies of Persian-speaking countries: Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan.

Analytica Iranica is edited by the Institute for Iranian Studies and published and distibuted by Europerse publishing, as part of a project agreement.

Analytica Iranica's organisation

Analytica Iranica is published by Europerse with a scientific partnership with the Institute for Iranian Studies. Thus the planning and the preparation of the review are arranged by the IEHEI while layout and graphics as well as the publication and distribution and finally the implementation and updating of the website are carried out by Europerse publishing.

Scientific board: Analytica Iranica receives comments and support from the Scientific board of the Institute for Iranian Studies. The members of this board are professors or researchers and specialists in various fields of Iranian studies.

François Ameli, PhD in Law, Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Paris, specialist in private international law and international trade law, Professor at the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne and professor at Sciences Po Paris and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Extérieur.

Didier Billion, PhD in Political Science, expert on the Middle East and especially on contemporary Turkey and Deputy Director of the Institute of International and Strategic Relations (IRIS), author of "L’enjeu turc".

Jean Paul Charnay, PhD in Letters, Social sciences, Law and Political Sciences, Founder and Chairman of the Centre for Philosophy of Strategy, author of "Esprit du droit musulman".

Marwa Daoudy, PhD in Political Sciences, researcher at the Center for International Studies and Research (CNRS, Sciences-Po), Lecturer at the Institute of International Studies in Geneva and author of "Le partage des eaux entre la Syrie, l'Irak et la Turquie : négociation, sécurité et asymétrie des pouvoirs".

Mohammad Reza Djalili, PhD in Political Science and diplomacy, Professor at the Institut de Hautes Etudes Internationales et du Développement, Geneva - Switzerland, Political scientist specialist in Middle East and Central Asia, author of "Géopolitique de l'Iran".

Richard Foltz, Ph.D. in Middle Eastern History from Harvard University, professor in the Department of Religion at Concordia University, Montréal, Canada, historian of comparative religious traditions and author of "L'Iran, creuset de religions".

Hall Gardner, PhD in International and Comparative Politics, Professor of International Politics at the American University of Paris, geostrategist with a comparative historical orientation and author of "American Global Strategy And the War on Terrorism".
